“I've been with Start Rescue for a few years and never needed them until earlier this year. We had a tyre blow out on our way to our son's and we were on a busy road with a 90 yr old in our car. I phoned them up and was swiftly dealt with and the breakdown truck arrived in half an hour. We were kept up to date with what was happening and checked up upon once we reached the garage to get a new tyre. We were impressed and didn't really know what to expect as it has been many years since we needed rescuing.”

“Glad to know I have Start Rescue as a back up if I ever become stranded in my car (especially as a woman)! Not expensive and easy to deal with. I once had to call them as I couldn't start my car when I'd finished my shopping in a supermarket car park. They were very sympathetic and dealt with my call quickly and efficiently. Well worth having this service!”

“I was quite startled to find out I was charged for renewing thought a reminder would of been good but nothing or I would of opted for monthly payments as circumstances changed so not happy”

“I can only review START RESCUE with regard to customer service, since fortunately I have not had a breakdown. My contact with customer services has been a pleasure. I found them extremely helpful and very professional in their approach. Any questions I have asked have always been answered fully.”
