“This stamp is brilliant, I have stamped both kids school clothes so nothing will get lost again, hopefully! So easy to use, great service and quick delivery. It did cost £23 for the stamp and the ink pad, but this will last forever really and is much cheaper and easier than the iron on labels I have previously used. I have 2 kids who were born in Australia so to reduce costs I ordered 1 stamp with our surname and added a picture of a Koala so I know it's definately theirs as Simpson is a popular name. Just a little note to say our package did get stopped in customs under a different company name and when I called customer service the lady although polite did not know if it was your company. She took my details and said she would speak to the owner and call me back which she never did. I paid the customs fee and the items arrived but I would be afraid to order again given the customs charge. Friends had ordered pre Brexit so I know this is new.
I have yet to use your product but I have heard great things and they look great.
