Hi Rowena, Thanks for your review 😀 All orders are being dispatched by us same working day (if ordered by 10am), if ordered after 10am they are dispatched next working day. Our free post we allow Royal 4-5 working days to deliver remembering to add an extra day for the bank holiday. Apparently Royal Mail are only delivering parcels, express (tracked) and special deliveries at the moment as they are short staffed due to Covid self isolating and staff taking holidays. “Bought one with the family surname for both kids and both kids have the same initial so we lucked out there. So easy to use and saves so much time. Never bothered with sewing. Have tried the iron on which are also great but this is by far simpler and easier.”
