Thanks for your feedback. I'm so sorry that your order hasn't arrived. We dispatched your order on 25th August. This summer we sent out thousands of orders and unfortunately we are dependent on Royal Mail delivering them safely. On the very odd occasion we do get orders go missing this way and unfortunately yours was one of them. I'm so sorry. It's incredibly frustrating for us too as we pride ourselves in our excellent product and service!
Did you ask for a refund or email us to let us know it hadn't arrived? Obviously we can only give you a refund if you tell us it hasn't arrived, otherwise we assume you received your order and are happy stamping.
We have since been in email contact and we have arranged for another set to be sent to you free of charge. It was dispatched on the 28th first class and you should have received it now (if Royal Mail are doing their job properly!)

Thanks for taking the time to provide us with positive feedback. We are 2 mums who run the business around our kids and so find feedback really useful. We are delighted that you think our our communication and dispatch time was excellent :)
Unfortunately some labels have print on and so you have to stamp over the top but the name should still be visible. We also stamp the fabric itself e.g. on the collar so it's easy for a child to identify their own clothes.
I'm afraid we can't guarantee that the ink lasts on plastic as different plastic manufacturers use different coatings. It really is hit and miss with plastic and we are very open and honest about that. It's on our FAQ's too. I'm sorry it didn't work in your sons glasses.

We are really disappointed with your feedback. We have emailed you to try and resolve your issue but haven't heard back from you.
Please could I ask you to send a photo of any stamped items so that I can investigate for you and sort out as soon as possible. The ink has been independently tested by a laboratory and should last up to 50 washed on most fabrics (not wool or anything teflon coated).
Please could you let me know how you think we could improve our service. We pride ourselves on our customer service so any feedback would be much appreciated. Were you disappointed with something in particular eg delivery, etc?
