We received your order on Saturday 2nd September at 11.09am and sent a confirmation email immediately at 11.09am. Your order was dispatched Monday 4th September at 2.22pm and we sent a shipping confirmation email at 2.24pm.
I am so disappointed your order wasn't delivered by Royal Mail. As soon as we found out we emailed you to check your address.Â
As soon as we had your address confirmed we sent out another replacement order free of charge.Â
I did send a follow up courtesy email to check that your order arrived but have not received a reply. I trust this means that your order arrived and I'm sorry that Royal Mail did not deliver the first order.
