“service was good, however i am not sure of the product as it came out of wash easily, stamp came out after 1-2 wash, when i seek advice from customer service, i got very fast responses, but i don't think it really resolved my issue”

As mentioned by customer service we suggest stamping on care labels and that's where the ink 'takes' best. The ink won't work on very bumpy/thick weaves. Hi Anna, I'm terribly sorry to hear this. Please ensure you are stamping on care labels as this is the best place to stamp. Also, do not wash above a 40 degree heat and do not use stain remover. If you still have problems please feel free to get in touch. Best wishes Emma
