“This is the second time I Buy to Sourcing -IT, Everything was Good, but In Shipping there is some Think wrong Especially the Shipping company you choose (DHL) from 07/12/2021 the Item is in my country but till now when writing this review I didn't receive the Item, However, I have already pay all needed payment. otherwise, I would like to thank MR. “Sourcing-IT is professional in the way they work. Even in this covid 19 crisis, despite the shortages, they manage to provide equipment with acceptable deadlines. During the waits for deliveries, communication tools are used to stay in touch and maintain trust very closely with the customer. Prompt response to requests, and highly competitive pricing.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments, and for your patience whilst waiting for delivery. As we are all aware, there is a global semiconductor shortage that is affecting the manufacture of nearly everything with computer chips on a global scale. Unfortunately, networking equipment is included in that category and as a result, the lead times can be longer than anticipated. Sadly this is an external factor that we cannot control, however, it is a problem you would face regardless of the supplier that was chosen. We are pleased to hear that you are 100% satisfied with the eventual delivery and we look forward to further business with you.

Thank you for your review, allow me to explain the reason for the delay. The goods that you had ordered were on a lead time, as discussed before the order was placed. The items in your order were received at our warehouse and then dispatched to you on the same day - we did not actually have the items in our warehouse when the query was raised with us about why it was taking so long. We always do our best to provide accurate lead times and I apologise if we did not meet your expectations - but do rest assured we did everything we could to dispatch your goods to you as soon as possible and the goods certainly weren't held in our warehouse for any more than a few hours in total.
