Good afternoon, thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. Upon investigation of your claim of over-pricing, we found that an admin error had meant that the total cost for 2 units of a part had been inputted as the unit price, essentially meaning that we had stock priced in our system at around double what it should have been. This explains why this stock was sat un-sold in our system for so long, nobody would want to buy it at that price under normal market conditions. With that being said, you did place the purchase order at this high price, as neither of us had noticed the price was not representative of market value, and we did fulfil the PO as per our system at the inflated prices. Once we had received your communication about the price problem after being questioned by your client, we immediately investigated the issue and we offered the resolution to refund/credit your company with the difference in order to rectify the situation, meaning that you have now received the stock for the correct price. We do appreicate very well that this leaves all parties in a less-that-ideal position, for which we apologise. We remain ready to help you and your colleagues with anything further that can help with your situation, and in the future with anything else you may need.
