Unfortunately, due to national holiday and some religeous holidays, there were delays in receiving and dispatching your order which mean on this occassion we did not keep to the estimated timeline. As a loyal customer to us over the last 10 years we are disappointed to get such a harsh review from you - but we hope that you have been happy with our services in that time, as you have continued to place your custom with us. Good day George, thanks for taking the time to leave your review. I apologise for the delay that you have experienced. You are correct, there are serious delays at the moment due to issues at Heathrow and Jomo Kenyatta airports. Lots of cargo consigments were offloaded. This is unusual, but is not an uncommon occurence. I understand your grievance, but unfortunately on this occassion there was nothing that we could have done. You can lodge a complaint directly with Kenya Airways with the waybill number which you were provided, if you wish. We have supported you very well over the years and so we are extremely disappointed that you have decided to leave a negative review, which is damaging to our reptuation, due to external factors outside of our control. Nevertheless, thank you for your business and for your time.
