“For some reason our goods over stayed in the warehouse prior to shipment and only after we queried why it was taking too long !”

Thank you for your review, allow me to explain the reason for the delay. The goods that you had ordered were on a lead time, as discussed before the order was placed. The items in your order were received at our warehouse and then dispatched to you on the same day - we did not actually have the items in our warehouse when the query was raised with us about why it was taking so long. We always do our best to provide accurate lead times and I apologise if we did not meet your expectations - but do rest assured we did everything we could to dispatch your goods to you as soon as possible and the goods certainly weren't held in our warehouse for any more than a few hours in total.

We always do our very best to ensure our dispatches are within the quoted time, on this occasion we were unable to dispatch within our promised timeline because the agreed payment plan was not met and was very overdue. For financial reasons, this meant we were not able to dispatch until this was resolved. We apologise if you found Jaqueline "scary", but we are sure you appreciate the seriousness of ensuring we are able to pay our suppliers and being able to continue our business in a sustainable manner. “Hi, Customer service is great. I was fortunate enough to have been assigned to Peter, very attentive and easy to communicate with, always ready to come up with options to help reach customer satisfaction. Prices are a bit higher but you make it up with the stock confirmation and excellent delivery support. Delivery was made swiftly and I am all the way in Mozambique, but my order reached here on time and very well packaged.”
