“Very efficient, my return, reorder and repayment have worked well, the only query is that I didn't realise you have to pay for returns”

“Arrived very quickly. The trousers were not quite what I was expecting, entirely my fault. For some reason I thought they were jeans. I have had a lot of Robell trousers in the past and will keep these for next Spring.”

“Clothes come quickly and fit true to size. If they are out of stock they try to get your size and let you know if they can. I woudl love more trouser styles to come in a short fit please.”

“Unfortunately I have to give Robell only 3 starts. I rang to give my first order as I wanted to get it right. The girl was disinterested, took my card number down wrong and told me it was invalid. After being very specific about what I wanted, the wrong trousers were delivered. It cost me over £6 to send them back and re-order the right ones which again was done over the phone so fingers crossed the right ones arrive. I'm not sure I would order from So Simply again but it was unfortunate I could not get what I wanted in any shops near me. I hope they read their reviews as some are not very good and there is much room for improvement. The 3 stars are based on the first person I spoke to initially, the second lady was much more helpful.”

“Robell Bella Wool Rich trousers are a beautiful quality & an ideal winter weight. Have bought them in charcoal & navy & will be buying them soon in black. Am hoping Robell will extend the range of colours (of wool-rich Bella trousers). Also like the Bella needlecord trousers. Again ideal for cooler seasons & the caramel colour is very much on trend right now”

“I bought 2 pairs of Robell trousers a while ago from a ladies outfitters, where I tried them on. The best fitting trousers I have ever had recently anyway. I am a problem customer, not a regular size these days. I decided to buy a pair online. There is a lot of choice so I decided to ask for help. I received my purchase, but sadly they did not fit as well as the others I have so I had to return. No problem with the return, the stylist I spoke to was friendly and helpful in trying to identify the items I already had and in helping me choose. However, very disappointed it did not work out.”
