“The fleecy lined trousers are just what I expected as I already have a couple of pairs and love them- smart and comfortable. The dark chocolate colour is ideal and I know they wash well. Very prompt fulfilment of my order too.”

“Very efficient service. Item I wanted was not in stock but I received a phone call to say they could order it which I asked them to do. Came within time they suggested. I did query if the item was a slim fit (Marie winter trouser) which they assured me it was no but when it arrived it was slim fit. I didn't return it but it was not clear on the website that this might be a slim fit design. Otherwise service was very friendly.”
