“so lucky to have found a pair of the fantastic Bella Robell trousers in a charity shop!! they were full length in Taupe and I had to take them up. What wonderful stretchy beautiful fitting trousers. I went onto the Robell website and ordered a pair in brown from The Marie Petite range. even though I chose the wrong colour brown, I kept them and, will be ordering again”

“I've used So Simply for years and always had seamless service but have been so disappointed with the level of service of the last few weeks. I've placed 3 orders and on each occasion had a call to say an item ordered isn't in stock. These things happen but wouldn't have expected it to happen three times. On the latest occasion I received e mails confirming refund and dispatch of the other items. I then received a further e mail 3 days later saying items dispatched so called to check what was happening. Was told my bank would not accept the refund! They accepted the previous 2 refunds. Nobody let me know and my order was delayed for 3 days although I'd paid for it. The bank have miraculously accepted the refund now. So disappointed with one of the few companies I can usually rely on.”

Helpful Report

“Good service once again from Robell. Asked for dipatch of item to be delayed a week as would be out of country if send immediatly. Worked a treat, blouse arrived 1 day after I returned.”
