“I love the Robell brand I keep looking for alternatives but nothing touches them I've been wearing my summer trousers all winter and delighted to see on a review you do winter fleece lined trousers! so I've ordered a pair. “My first purchase from So Simply Robell and I couldn't be more delighted. The trousers I ordered were out of stock but I quickly received an email from the company telling me that they would order the trousers from Germany. I phoned back and had a very pleasant conversation with one of the most helpful customer service ladies . She suggested that the velvet trousers I wanted would be a better fit in a slightly larger size. I duly ordered the size 8 and they arrived very quickly and are an excellent. I am really pleased that I discovered Robell and I am sure that I will purchase more items from them.”
