“Ordering and delivery faultless. Robell geo print trousers were a little too tight, so had to return them. Unfortunately, this cost me over £6, so I am put off ordering again.”

“I’m a size 20/22 and they fit comfortably and the trousers don’t give you bulbous thighs as so many larger sized trousers do. I am thrilled to bits with every pair I have ever bought and recommend them to everyone.”

“Unfortunately I never received my order. I have ordered many robell trousers through So simply, and recently the service has changed from being a reliable service. I ordered some navy trousers, apparently in stock and expected delivery 2 days later, they didn’t arrive. I phoned customer services to be told they didn’t have stock and was expecting them in on the day of ordering. Unfortunately I don’t believe that and can only assume they didn’t t process my order. If they didn’t have stock they should have called me, honesty is the best policy.”

“The Robell team is truely remarkable. I've bought quite a few Marie Petite trousers, always delivered without any problem, but my most recent purchase didn't arrive despite the email saying it had been delivered. I phone So Simply Robell, spoke to Dawn, who with her coleagues, tracked my parcel to a nearby address. I left a note for the occupant of the flat, but before they could contact me SSR phoned to say the parcel had been returned to them. They then sent it out again and it came to me. Unfortunately I didn't like the colour, so I returned it with the request for a replacement in another colour. Two days later I get an email saying my new trousers are on their way. This is incredible service ; I've never had anything like it from any other company. I love my Marie trousers and will go on buying them. Thank you.”
