“Unfortunately I had to return this garment as the crop trouser did not work on me. There needs to be a crop trouser in Marie for short people. The colours for Marie petite short leg do do have enough colours. I have reordered Marie full length to get a colour I like but will have to alter them for length - not ideal but as the quality is good I am going to do this.”

“I needed to exchange the first pair of trousers I had ordered and it was during the Covid 19 crisis. However, I was able to discuss with customer services what would be a better choice and the within days my exchange had taken place.”

“I've bought about 10 pairs of Robells over the years. The jeans appear to be cut slightly bigger than the plain cotton ones . I usually buy Bella 09 style and love the quality and comfort plus the quirky turn up which gives a lovely but of detail. Highly recommend. Wash brilliantly aswell.”

“So Simply Robell is a reliable company, I have ordered from them before and they deliver in good time (12 days to NZ from order placed). Delivery charges to NZ are reasonable and similar to other retailers in the UK. They have the widest selection of Robell in the UK and their prices are also better than some others'. Their customer service responds quickly to queries and the website is easy to use. My one gripe is that the colour representation of the trousers are not very consistent. Trousers colour-coded the same can look very different shades and tones in the different styles (e.g. the Marie F/L fleece lined trousers in chestnut (29) look very very dark in regular length and a light reddish ginger in petite). I also notice that their photos skew more warm than reality. The light taupe (13) jacquard Marie F/L look a greyish brown, definitely more brown than grey in the photos. In reality they are grey with a hint of warmth, but not much. I have recently received their dark chocolate (38) Bella jeans and they look a very dark chocolate brown in the photos. In reality, they are a washed black, pure and simple. Whoever thought this was brown should have their eyes tested. Overall, good company, but watch out for colour variations.”

“I bought two pairs of robell trousers in Morpeth when in UK in January and liked them so much I ordered another pair direct from you. However I am disappointed that the waist band has come loose in two pairs and needs restitching down, and one of the ankle turn ups has also come loose. I thought I would be buying more robell trousers but the machine stitching is poor and I am hopeless at seeing. Disappointed”
