“Nice trousers that would be improved by a side zip, flat front and a non stretchy fabric. Excellent customer service.”

“I ordered some new Mimi trousers because my old ones were so loved they were falling off me. The new ones are made of a thick jersey style fabric which is much more casual than the old facbric and prone to damage.”

“Normally I would give 4 stars as I have several pairs of Rose full length and capri. Both the website and my local boutique suggest you size up with Rose as it’s slim fit. However, these latest pairs are too big, especially the cord style. I returned 1 pair but sadly for me I had taken the label off the second pair. Sizing is not consistent in Rose style.”

“I have bought Robell trousers in store previously and like their styling. This time I bought online and sadly was disappointed. I ordered 2 pairs both size 14. One pair fitted perfectly, the other was far too small and proved to be expensive, almost £10, to return. I would have exchanged them, but as delivery was rather slow doubted the exchange would arrive before my holiday. Also, colour online was very different from colour received. Consistency is v. important in online shopping.”
