“I ordered trousers which arrived on time, loved the trousers but unfortunately were too long, so returned them. First time I've ordered on line and hadn't realised I had to pay postage which has put me off buying on line.”

“Unfortunately the sizing is very variable. Have been buying jeans and trousers for a number of years from you but have recently found the Bella jeans in particular can be either too big or too small in the same size. Recent purchase of two pairs of jeans in size 12 - one pair is very big and the other pair is much smaller the equivalent of size 10 Bella jeans I already have. Sent back to you last year two pairs of size 10 jeans as much smaller than previous purchases. Great shame. I'm in a quandary over sizing so will probably in future have to find another brand.”

“Quick and easy. The trousers fitted perfectly but I managed to order two pairs the same size so had to send one back (unfortunately with postage to pay), and ordered two tops, different sizes. The size 12 was perfect but the size 14 didn't lay flat round the neck. Didn't matter as the size 12 fitted”
