“Very efficient service. Item I wanted was not in stock but I received a phone call to say they could order it which I asked them to do. Came within time they suggested. I did query if the item was a slim fit (Marie winter trouser) which they assured me it was no but when it arrived it was slim fit. I didn't return it but it was not clear on the website that this might be a slim fit design. Otherwise service was very friendly.”

“Unfortunately I have to give Robell only 3 starts. I rang to give my first order as I wanted to get it right. The girl was disinterested, took my card number down wrong and told me it was invalid. After being very specific about what I wanted, the wrong trousers were delivered. It cost me over £6 to send them back and re-order the right ones which again was done over the phone so fingers crossed the right ones arrive. I'm not sure I would order from So Simply again but it was unfortunate I could not get what I wanted in any shops near me. I hope they read their reviews as some are not very good and there is much room for improvement. The 3 stars are based on the first person I spoke to initially, the second lady was much more helpful.”
