“I love Robell trousers and have several pairs - cropped for Summer and recently the fleece lined for the Winter. The only complaint I have is that the petite is still 2inches to long for me being only 5'2"& they cost me £20 each to have shortened. The Staff and the overall Service is 100% - great product.”

“Just love Robell trousers! Must have bought 20 plus pairs ! Just bought another 2 pairs in winter colours . The fit and hang beautifully and can be worn for casual or smart occasions ! ( only had one mishap …. The little robell button came off the pair I wore for the first time last week … it’s only decoration !!!!!! …. This is not a complaint ! My buttons from the five year old ones are still in place after all that washing and wearing!) Brilliant firm … speedy delivery … beautifully packaged ! thank you !”

“A cautionary tale. I've been buying Robell trousers for years, even visiting the HQ in Dorset. I bought my trousers in February this year, but I didn't open them until September. I was excited to put on a new pair, only to find they were about 3 sizes too big, they were labelled with my size. I called Customer services and they said I should have sent them back within 6 months, so wouldn't be able to replace them. I lost £89.99! I asked to speak to the manager and she called me back 2 days later to say they would replace them. I was so pleased. I sent them back at my own cost. Today a received a call to say they couldn't replace them as a label had been cut. These trousers came out of the package as I had received them. I feel so upset that I have to fund the factory's mistake. All together I am out £95.00. So, just be careful, get your returns back quickly and try them on as soon as you receive them. Suffice it to say, I will not be buying any more trousers from Robell!”

“MARIE PETITE DENIM JEAN BLACK This is the first time I have purchased from this company. Their service is excellent and my trousers arrived within a couple of days. I purchased a size 10 in the Marie Petite Jean (after watching You Tube sizing recommendations). I am between a 10/12 on the High Street (M&S) and I'm 5ft 2. They are a perfect fit lengthwise (29") and come down to the top of my foot. The fit is on the tighter/close-fitting side which is similar to jeggings. The quality is excellent and they are not too thick. I am now going to order a pair of Marie trousers in a light colour but think I will go for a size 12 as a light colour might show more leg imperfections in the size 10. Although these trousers are more expensive, the fit is wonderful and now I have found trousers that actually fit around my waist etc., don't think I will bother wasting time looking for for other brands that end up being taken back!”
