“I cannot fault Simply Robell. I left a voicemail when the office was closed and they promptly responded the next day. The trousers I wanted had to be sourced from Germany which caused a delay but they communicated regularly throughout the process. The trousers arrived and unfortunately the colour did not match the blouse I had purchased and I have been reassured by Simply Robell that I will be reimbursed. An excellent level of customer service. Order with confidence.”
