“Great customer service - the jeans were out of stock when I ordered and I received a call a few hours later asking if I'd like them sourced from Germany which would take a couple of weeks. They did this and delivery was efficient and as stated. Great experience.”

“I have many pairs of Robell trousers and they are all gorgeous. For some reason when I ordered my last pair I ordered the wrong size; as soon as I realised my mistake I phoned Simply Robell and spoke to Dawn who could not have been more helpful, changing my order for me and suggesting an alternative colour as my original choice was not available in my size. Both the trousers and the service offered by So Simply Robell are 5 stars.”

“I absolutely love these trousers and have been buying for a few years now. However. Their sizing has changed, and compared to exactly the same trousers I bought 6 months ago, measured size for size, the waist is 1.5/2 inches smaller. (I wish I'd taken a photo of the two together now) So, anyway, I ordered the next size up and instead of a 'slender fit' they came through as 'straight fit and were much baggier. Annoyingly, I had to pay to return all 3 pairs, through no fault of my own. I did seek the help of customer services, who were very nice, but couldn't help. Sadly I'm obviously unable to wear these again. What's happened Robell? I'm so disappointed.”
