“One hit and one miss in the recent order. Difficult to decide which style will be right. Also had to pay for return postage, which I hadn't realised.”

“Great shorts. The red I ordered was not red but more a magenta. So a bit disappointed.”

“I have had many pairs of Robell trousers over the years but the ones I have received in the peach colour seem very thin compared to others and you can see your underwear through them ! I am contemplating returning them . Has there been a change in material ?”

“Ordered two happy jackets the same size which I know is correct size for me as I already have jacket in another colour. Very disappointed to discover wide variation in measurements between the two so had to return one. I know there may be a slight variation in measurements but this was more than slight on sleeves and width across front of jacket.”

“Only GIVING 4 stars because I have had to return my order. I read the reviews on the trousers I wanted and most of them said to go down a size. Unfortunately, that didn't work for me so have returned them for my usual size. I am looking forward to my replacement as the trousers are very nice and I am hoping they will fit.”

“Most of the trousers in my wardrobe are Robell, which speaks for itself! Some have been shop bought, some on-line and the on-line service is very speedy, I was impressed every time how soon my purchase arrived. My main criticism of the actual trousers is that so few styles have hip pockets! Nowhere to put a credit card, or phone, on a day when you don't want to have a bag with you.”

“Pleased with the sale item colour wise. I am a size 14 and ordered medium, which is normally the correct sizing. Just a tad too tight, must go on a diet!!! Dispatch of the item was on the day ordered which was excellent, advised by the Post Office delivery would be next day, everything was going well. Parcel did not arrive, email from Post Office to say they couldn't find me, despite delivering post daily. It did arrive two days later. Excellent service from Rowell.”

“In general, is have been extremely pleased with all my robell purchases. However, I recently bought Bella Bermuda seersucker shorts in turquoise. I was wearing them while playing golf and the centre back seam split in two places each split a couple of inches long. Fortunately I was wearing underwear in a similar colour! The stitching had begun to give way. As I wanted them for a holiday, I decided to repair rather than return for a replacement, as I thought there might not be enough time.”

“Love the trousers, my fourth pair but it is disappointing you advertise them as 31 inches inside leg (78cm). Every pair I have is 30 inches(76cm). Luckily the hem us large enough to let down and I am pretty handy at alterations now”
