“My order was held up by the Bank Holiday weekend - hardly the fault of So Simply Robell; it was dispatched the same day I placed the order. I didn't receive the item I ordered but was happy to keep the trousers I received (they were pretty much identical) as they fitted exactly as I expected. They were shown on the website as £10 cheaper than the item I ordered and my request for the difference to be refunded was accepted when I called Customer Services and explained what had happened. That refund has been actioned. Very happy to deal with this company.”

“I love the Robell Bella 09 range of trousers. However, I have found that more recently the sizing is not as good as before. Whereas 3 years ago size 10 was a perfect fit, last year I had to select size 12. Therefore I ordered size 12 in my most recent order in a mid grey, and although the trousers seemed ok on trying them on, I quickly found that, on wearing, they were too big and were always needing to be pulled up. Maybe next time I need to order both sizes and choose the best fit?”

“Great trousers. Would have been 5 stars if the petite was truly petite. Had to cut 4 inches off the bottom which spoils the look. At an inch over 5 feet I'm not THAT unusual.”

“Robell trousers are very comfortable, when you can get the correct size to fit you. This is the only slight disappointment and that is that two identically sized products may not actually both fit. This refers to my recent order which leaves me in some doubt about my next order sizing. Do I order two sizes and have to return one at my own cost? Otherwise the trousers are endurable as well as easy to wear”

“Unfortunately my order only just arrived here in France. Also I had to pay 28€ taxe to retrieve the package from the post office! I was a bit surprised by this. I know since Brexit things coming from Uk often have to have some tax paid on them but I didn't realise it would apply to your products. Also, unfortunately, the trousers are too small. Î telephoned this morning and explained this and am going to return the trousers to you. I have ordered a larger size to be sent to my sisters address in UK.”
