“Good range of products and easy method of ordering. prompt delivery of items, well packed. I have bought Robell trousers for some years, and find their fit good - only negative is no pockets.”

“I’m pleased with what I’ve bought but I am disappointed in the limited juice of colour for the petite Jacklyn petite trousers .I recently bought the Sunday Savina Paisley Pattern top which I like but I had intended to buy a mint trousers to match it only to find it I’d not available in the Jacqueline trousers Debating if I’m going to keep the ttop”

“Usually love your trousers. Not the bengaline fabric as I find them to thin. I ordered a pair of cotton twill as I was told they were thicker but had to return as they were thin and not worth the money.”

“Having purchased trousers from shops - which have now closed - I had to look online. I have nine pairs of Marie trousers. However I phoned and ordered a pair of Jacky trousers not realising that they would be so different in style. They are slim fit which I only knew when they arrived and they are a 'very good' fit. To return them would have cost £8 plus which I wasn't prepared to pay. I have kept them and will make sure I next time order Marie. It was good to be able to phone and speak to a person when ordering as I do not like doing orders on line.”

“The website is very flexible in that you can sort on all manner of things and service was super speedy, the trousers arrived within a couple of days of placing the order and looked lovely. However, I didn't see anywhere on the website that the trousers I had ordered (Bella) were "slim fit" - there was a tag on them when they arrived indicating this. I would not have ordered them had I realised and it has cost me quite a lot to return them (insured), which I do rather resent and I will probably only ever order by phone in future, having first looked at the website to identify the ones I am interested in and then to check on the phone that they aren't slim fit before I place the order.”

“Order process was easy and delivery was on time. Very happy with that. I would’ve given 5 stars but the only difficult bit was the colour charts when choosing the items. There were lots of red/pink/orange ones available and it was tough to see the difference.”

“Your quick delivery is exemplary. However, I am not sure about the Marie jeans - I have many pairs of Marie crops. The jeans feel very nice but appear to be a bit on the large side especially over my thighs. I have just been a bit lazy over sending them back and asking for a smaller pair. I really need both sizes to compare. I do not like having to pay postage on returns when it is mail order and no way of trying on.”

“I have worn Robell trousers for many years They wash well and keep the shape, Been 5ft 8 and bit inch the standard length is just a tiny bit short but ok with ankle boots The long length 33in is slightly to long for me but I prefer that size and fold them , Fantastic trousers and good range of styles and colours”

“Lovely products. Very helpful in resolving queries It is always a bit difficult to be sure about sizing so it feels a shame that returns are not free. However I realise that for a small company offering customer care that goes beyond the norm, it might be impossible to retain the quality of product and service if free returns were offered.”
