“I do like the garments, especially the Elena jeans, BUT inconsistent in size. I have four pairs, two size 14 and two size 16. One pair of 14 fit ok, but a bit tight round the waist. The other pair I really cannot get into comfortably. So I bought 16s next time. One pair fits perfectly,the other is a real squeeze. When I hold them against each they are all different at the waist. Very difficult to get right fit when sizes are different.”

“Robell is lovely -comfortable stylish easy to wear but I do find a variation in items of same size Also I had to pay €25.50 customs charge which delayed my delivery x 2-3 days”

“The product (crop trousers) are great BUT the explanation online about sizing is not very clear. I had to go to a shop in N Yorkshire where a very helpful person explain ed that the names of the crops are the key to knowing which style fits you. No more 16 being too small and 18 enormous.”

“Very nice trousers although the petite ones are still very long. In UK they are normally 27”whereas yours are 29”. I have bought quite a few pairs from you”

“Excellent service and very good quality clothing. My only comment relates to the sizing and why I haven’t given 5 stars. It would be very useful if there was a sizing chart online with the bust, waist and hip measurements for each size as the UK sizes seem smaller than other clothing brands.”

“Bought second pair of these in a paler blue. Have lived in the first pair as they are so comfortable and look good. These latest jeans are a great colour but the bottom fringing is non-existent. This is such a great feature on the original pait and measures about 3/4 inch on those.Disappointed. Delivery speedy, as always and quality excellent. Just sorry that when you finally find the most suitable piece of clithing, it gets changed!”

“This pair of jeans not as well fitting as the many other pairs of Robell trousers I have. Found that the waist needs taking in by about 2 inches to make jeans fit properly. This never needed before so maybe waist size has been changed recently. Would be useful to have waist as well as hip measurement for ordering purposes.”

“Wonderful selection and love the quality of these clothes. My only criticism is that I recently ordered the Special Edition Positano Happy Jacket - I ordered it in a size 12 as my other four (!) Happy Jackets fit perfectly. This Positono Happy Jacket in size 12 was far too big! I have contacted SoSimplyRobell about this and was told that Special Editions can often be different sizing. I have suggested to them that they should check the sizes against the existing range and clearly state this on the website as this costs me, the customer, return postage.”
