“I have had good experiences with Soren’s house before but on this occasion the shipment went out via DPD but for some reason then got returned to hub automatically and I am still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later. Disappointing.”

Hi Eve, Thank you for leaving us a review. As stated in our terms and conditions we have a 14 day cooling off period for courier companies to deliver delayed and missing parcels.
