“Very good indeed. It's like going from mono to stereo. What could be better is the update process of the software. Just let me hit a button and get the installation going instead of going to a website, download an installer, let the installer download and install the software. Aaand: a UAD Console Plugin would be nice to have.”

“Great product. Design of the software makes it easy to set up. My monitoring setup sounds significantly better and I believe more true at the listening position. There is one big omission...I would like to be able to select which frequency range is affected by the new curve, For example I’d like to be able to leave everything Above 500hz flat and unchanged, it’s a shame this isn’t implemented already but hopefully will be updated soon.”

“It could be very useful if we have a live rta, and could every time see the numbers on the curve, because we can read the number only at the end of the measurement, it’s annoying because i need to be very clean on the measurement ... so that’s all Thank you”

“Tested for the time being on very basic Creative desk speakers and compared to AcourateDRC and to OpenDRC with REW coefficients (and still waiting to test my MiniDSP SHD equiped with Dirac). Easy to setup (standalone only, expecting soon results from Plugin in Protools 12) and quite fine apparent results. Group delay is much better than Acourate running IIR and similar to DRC+REW, options are ok, specially the Limit Controls. Main shortcoming is the lack of a "pro" position allowing if necessary to restrain the BW where correction is applied (for example, only to a 20-300Hz like Antimode) and to tweak the Target Curve as needed (B&K is fine for Bass, more than often too soft for Highs when using proximity speakers. We would need at least 3 points of inflection + some kind of 'smooth' adjustment in order to damp the excursion along the curve). Btw, we would appreciate to get a table where typical latencies would be indicated (at least for Linear Phase and Zero Latency positions) both for the Plugin and Standalone versions @ 48/96 and 192 Khz, this point being very important in a dubbing configuration and in some 'Live' situations. “Honestly I don't really have much complaints. I feel like you need at least decent headphones to really get the maximum usage out of the software tho, it's hard for it to correct the frequency curve on cheaper headphones I've noticed it's a little less accurate.”

“The headphone edition sounds great and helps me a lot. When mixing it works perfectly. However it's difficult to use when recording because of the latency. The iphone app (which I also have) sounds good but is not working well.”

“I own the Headphone Edition, my operating system is Windows 10. DAW is Propellerhead Reason 10.4. The software delivers excellent results and is intuitive to use. In the DAW as a plugin it is a great help when mixing, when listening to music on the desktop simply comfortable. I was surprised at the difference when I first heard my DT 880 Pro headphones with neutral frequency response. An incredible improvement. The only criticism: In the current version 4.3.3.93 there are some crackles when playing music (desktop mode), therefore only 4 out of 5 stars. But you can switch to an older version without any problems, everything works fine there, only the GUI is not that modern. I assume that the problem is known and will be solved with the next version. “La mejora en el audio es increíble. Lastima que el preringing en los modos linear o mixed sea tan notorio. Solo lo uso en zero latency lo cual también tiene sus problemas, pero nada comparado a como solía escuchar en mi sala, ahora es puro placer y escucho los bajos claros y definidos.”

“Sounds interesting with the correction with the mods pushed up in my Beyerdynamic DT1990 Pro. Seem to lose a bit of reverb tail because of the mid push and high attenuation but I can see the appeal. However, due to the sound pausing/distorting when switching through applications (is it a processor bug?) on my MacBook Pro, its behavior is less than ideal currently. Hope there’s a fix coming.”

“This really is a powerful tool to achieve very detailed and neutral sound in any room or with one of the huge amount of headphones they've tested. Although the Systemwide application isn't that solid on Windows, last update did improve a lot but short pops or crackle are still there sometimes when starting sound from a different source.”

“I own only headphones correction and I am very glad about. For monitors, I plan to buy ARC, due to the fact it seems possible to have individually left/right correction, not included in your tool and the price is more fair. My dream is to have in the future a last step correction to include ears responses... I hope you (or your main competitors) plan this new feature. If we have a tool to draw our ear response (left and right) and to include in an eq plug-in, I could send neutral mixes, not linked to my ears... You probably know that the method used by ear specialists is not very good and it’s not easy to redraw their results.. I am convinced we need a statiscal approach, in our studio to draw the best one”
