“The purchase & download were easy. Especially with the student discount... thank you! Installation was no problem and a start-up guide is included. I like the "translation" feature. I am still learning the software thus only 4 stars so far. I am trying it system-wide, and as a plug-in on my sessions. I work in several diffrerent studio spaces and will need to calibrate each as I move around a bit. The built-in headphone calibrations have been very helpful. I do a lot of mixing on headphones. Mixes are sounding cleaner and more balanced. So far so good.”

“I need confidence that what I hear is what others can hear but I have hearing loss in the upper range. It is a great start to know that my headphones are calibrated, but I need to go further and adjust them to match my hearing loss. How do I go about this in Sonarworks?”

“Since I was upgrading from a previous version the process was really simple. The site had all of the upgrade options clearly laid out and the details on the benefits of the upgrade were easy to find.”

“Left and right sides are not calibrated properly. There is a low-mid range scoop in right side that’s not in left side. Customer service didn’t answer my question at all”

“I had no problems when purchasing other than the price which is a bit high but then again I only use 1 pair of headphones, might be more value for somebody with multiple headphones. My only wish is that the software could take control of all the audio and everything was routed through it so I could just have it on all the time and not having to jump between having it on and loading it as a plugin but I don't know if that's even possible with ASIO.”

“when my windows goes to sleep mode then i turn it on click login to windows then sonarworks reference dosent work and i must put out usb cabel of my focusrite and put in again then start working again”

“Really appreciate the update with new options! REALLY appreciate non subscription! My ONLY issue is there’s always a hiccup when installing software updates… It might be assumed the problem is with the user, to which I’d argue, I’ve been on computers and software for over 40years so I think I understand the process 😏 That said, the help I received in remedying the issue was GREAT!”

“Sonarworks sounds great. The measuring is a bit tedious but, that's what it takes. It does crash on me after getting a measurement but, it fires back up without losing it. my one complaint is that once you've measured the speaker locations, you shouldn't have to redo that every time you make adjustments. It is a lot of redundant work.”
