Paid for the products 4 days ago, received an e- mail with ''order confirmation''. No other info since then, have not received an order, have no idea when it will be shipped. Going to have to call and chase my order...

Very poor customer service. Place order more than five weeks ago and still no idea when I will receive goods but they took my money immediately. When I ordered the website said dispatched normally within 24 hours (and when I checked items I ordered it still says immediate dispatch). After ordering I had to chase because I heard nothing from company and I was told beginning March. Received nothing and no update so called again and was told a couple more weeks. Still nothing and I keep having to contact them. More excuses today and still no news on whether items will be sent or if I have lost more than £600.

Pathetic. Ordered goods and money was taken. Was not told items not in stock. Have had to call 3 days in a row and told would be dispatched next day and still waiting! Have seen the goods cheaper elsewhere. Very very poor service. Will be placing official complaint to this company and whoever else I can complain to.

I ordered my light on 16th jan it's now 4th feb and I've still not received my order and no one has contacted me to say why it's taken so long. I've sent an email to u today to cancel my order!!!

Took payment for light which they had already told me they could not supply. Still waiting for a refund over a week later. Do not answer emails. Terrible service. AVOID.

Two weeks after order placed, order status is still 'processing'. No indication of when order will be delivered. E-mailed Solihull Lighting - no response

Wrong items sent, and after 2 emails requesting the correct ones be sent I've still not heard anything back from the company!

6xitem22372 were ordered in late November an email from Julie on 3 december advised this item is not available. Spoke on Sat.Dec 5th to a person I believe was in your showroom and was of no assistance but agreed someone would ring on sunday no one rang! Monday Dec 9th contacted and asked for alternative item 25747 after aproox one hour rang back and was informed this item was also discontinued. Another alternative was to be sent to view (not yet arrived) can I have any convidence in ordering from you as this was required as a Xmas gift- a reply would be appreciate

I've used this site twice and both times they have debited the money from my account, almost immediately. Then told me that the lights would not be delivered to me for over a month after the purchase date 8-(

I ordered a new kitchen lamp from Solihull Lighting. The order got cancelled, money returned. I asked for an explanation, none given. I can only assume the item was out of stock which wasn't indicated on their website. Communication skills zero. Will not purchase from them again.

Website doesn't reflect current stock. This caused us delays, we wouldn't have placed an order if the stock was in available.

in todays online shopping you cant advertise a product in stock , then the next day when the customer has paid, received the confirmation etc only to be told sorry we dont have that in stock it will be reorder and you will get it in a month. its just not good enough , you only get one chance to delight the customer otherwise they NEVER come back to shop becuase they dont have the confidence in the experience, just been honest sorry regards

Ordered on 03 October 2013. It is now the evening of 08 October 2013 but the item has not yet been delivered.

you took an order and payment for three lights- approx £350.00 confirming a delivery date which came and went. When I contacted you there were no lights in stock and it would be 4 weeks at least before next delivery.Dismal

I ordered my light 8 days ago and have yet to receive it. Although I notice that I have paid for it! Neither have I reeived an answer to the email I sent asking for an up date on the delivery status of my order. Electrician been and gone, still no light to fit!
