ordered 26th February but lights still not arrived. Told today it may take another 10 days before they have them in stock. Not very good !!!

ordering was fine, delivery fairly good with good communication. But I am unsure that any reputable company these days charges to send their items back. very poor.

I've been asked to write a review and yet I haven't even received the goods yet - that is a 'Poor' in my book. Hopefully I will be able to write a favourable review once I have received my goods as required.

Unacceptable to be told after paying that the light shades are not in stock and at take up to 5 weeks to deliver.

I have been asked to write a review about my order. Well I haven't received my goods - have they forgotten about me? I was expecting a rapid delivery! Hello Lights to Go - I want my lights you know!

Still waiting for my order placed on 3/11/14. Money has been taken from my account on 4/11/14. I phoned on 5/11/14 informed that my item was in dispatch. At no point during the placing of this order was I informed that the item was not in stock. Very poor service from online ordering although customer services were very helpful. Disappointed that you have no option to arrange delivery next day delivery. 5 days still no goods and had arranged for an electrician to fit the item on Sat 8/11/14. I am not happy that money has been taken from my account and 5 days on the goods have not left you!

i ordered from internet, it stated the light fitting came with free bulb...but it didnt! we fit the fitting for a paying customer but as it was screw in bulb we could not show him the light fitting working. so now i have to go back tothe job with a bulb and as it was a a replacement fitting the job has doubled hence the light fitting may as well have been doubled. in brief your neglegence of not putting the bulb you stated came free with the fitting has now cost me an extra £30.00

Since the day I made the order I have not heard anything from the company and have not received the product. I expected to be given an anticipated delivery date.

Despite the website detailing shipment of purchases within 2-3 days, a week later I am still awaiting any change in the status of my order and the delivery of my products. Have emailed Solihull Lighting but have not received a reply and therefore have emailed again. Received a text from their courier informing me of a delivery but next day another one telling me they haven't received the shipment. Very poor service overall.

Still waiting for an item ordered on the 9th August, informed problems with the supplier but still item for sale on their website. Sent three emails zero respond or refund now with resolution centre at paypal. Dated the 5th September.

I was looking for a battery operated spotlight. The information on line did not specify power source. I telephoned the company to check power source information. Receptionist did not know but rang the producer of said light fitting. She was true to her word and rang me back to say "battery operated". Order placed - pleased customer. Later I received a telephone call - not battery operated! Time wasted, money spent,still waiting for my refund. Not impressed! Will not use this company again.

Poor service. Ordered an in-stock light fitting on Wednesday, not dispatched by Friday so rang up to chase, they promised to put on next day delivery, no sign of dispatch on Monday, still waiting...
