Very poor customer service. Place order more than five weeks ago and still no idea when I will receive goods but they took my money immediately. When I ordered the website said dispatched normally within 24 hours (and when I checked items I ordered it still says immediate dispatch). After ordering I had to chase because I heard nothing from company and I was told beginning March. Received nothing and no update so called again and was told a couple more weeks. Still nothing and I keep having to contact them. More excuses today and still no news on whether items will be sent or if I have lost more than £600.
