“Purchased Windows 7 download which was "delivered" very quickly and was as described. Unfortunately the software they recommended to produce a bootable USB to load this to my computer did not work and despite many slow exchanges of emails in the end I sourced something that worked perfectly. They did not make me happy but frustrated! Would not recommend them other than for a simple purchase.”

“Bought win 10 pro to update from win7. Managed to eventually install Product but torturous as the instructions given are not accurate. Very good value and I'd do it again. But not for the faint hearted”

“Welp good platform and website store, but my only complaint is software cannot be refunded (I accidentally bought a windows 7 professional key instead of an ultimate (I'm a Muppet sometimes.)) I don't know if there is anyway to make it plausible for keys to refunded, Cheers.”

“Cheap, sent download links quickly. However received links to download 2 Windows 10 files; A 3GB Windows File and a weird numbered file. There were no instructions of how to use these files. After "chatting" with support, they sent me an instruction document that did not mention their download files at all. Basically the instructions outlined the standard Microsoft Windows 10 download tool and installation instructions. The only thing I used from Software Geeks was the Windows Product Key. Very strange, no appropriate instructions, confusing download (I wasted a lot of time downloading their file which was never used). Very poor to buy something without proper documentation, disappointed!”

“None of the download links for the software sent to me by email worked I gad to email customer services to get a link that worked. No option to phone customer services is not helpfull. And it took three attempts to pay for the software! But it's cheap atleast.”

Hi Mike, Apologies that your links did not work, but we replied to your email within 2 minutes of you reporting the problem with working links. “Initial link downloaded a file that wouldn't run in Win10 - on later inspection it appeared to be a .html not a batch file. Link to direct download was baffling using the Edge brower as there was no indication of a download happening. It worked correctly in Internet Explorer. Great price, prompt delivery but you might need a bit of techy knowledge.”

“The product was great value But the instructions of how to install were very poor. When I queried by chat I was directed to PDF instructions which had not been attached to my email and when I followed them didn't work (not applicable to upgrading from vista). I had to google to find out how to create an ISO bootable USB volume. Luckily it worked but probably took 8hours lo get to achieve.”

“I purchased Windows 7 for my wife. It was not straightforward to download, as the instructions were quite limited. I encountered stages in the downloading process that were not mentioned in the in the instructions. I eventually, after 3 days, managed to download the software which my wife is pleased with.”
