“Very quick response to my order. The link to their own server didn't work but downloaded OK from the link to the Microsoft site. HAven'y got around to updating yet but no reason to suppose it won't be fine. Recommended.”

“Got a version of Windows 7 for my old XP desktop. All done online so that was great. The instructions that came with it said I'd need a "blank DVD or a USB flash drive greater than 4GB" It would have been better if I'd known that before I purchased so I could have been ready.”

“As all, I was doubtful about them at first but now, I'm a big fan ! I've already purchased 3 Keys (Win 10 Pro, Win 7 Pro and Office 2010 Pro) from them and all work fine. For 2 , I had some problems, but I contacted them and they replaced them ! I can only recommend... Superb service and quick replies too!”

“The product key worked first attempt and arrived quickly. Only let down by not sending step by step instructions for people like me who are good with PCs. I needed help from their support staff which again was could have been avoided with the inclusion of instructions. The product works the support is good, but unless you know what you are doing expect a delay as you will need help. Would have been 5 from 5 if instructions were included on the email”

“Basically, I got good good value for money from Software Geeks. The software (and offer) did what it said on the tin, I experienced a quick reply from the support team when I had a question, and Windows OS eventually loaded on my laptop and the serial number provided was accepted by Microsoft. Also, no one offered a better price on the OEM software.”

“Once installed (as an upgrade to Vista) it is working well but the instructions could have been better. In particular there is no mention of the need to remove the DVD and reboot from the hard drive part way through the installation, though there is an on-screen prompt.”

“Bought Windows 10 Pro. Very happy with the price and speed of receiving email with the product key. Issues encountered with the Windows pre-installation as I wanted to boot from a USB rather than write a DVD. Software Geeks were quick to respond but their alternative programme would not work for me. In the end, I burned a DVD and booted from that. I now have a clean install Windows 10 on a new SSD and am delighted with the results.”

“As I purchased a software product, the instructions I was sent were quite lacklustre: considering that these were the key part of my entire experience. Unfortunately the descriptions and help accompanying the product were ambiguous and vague; otherwise, I am overall satisfied.”
