“The licence key was sent by email immediately, it was accepted by the Microsoft website without any need for telephone validation, and the download and installation proceeded without any hitches. I was running Windows 7 Home Premium x64 version with an old 32-bit version of MS Office 2003 installed on it, and rather to my surprise the Office 2013 setup automatically installed the 64-bit version of Office 2013 and picked up my existing Office 2003 settings, but left the Office 2003 software still installed as well, so that if I wish I can still run the old Office applications as well as the new ones. Nice.”

“Bought Windows 7 Pro for only £18.99 however the key I got was invalid. This took quite a bit of time to sort out. Initially I would have given a review of Poor except for the excellent support service provided by the team.”

“I found an error on the website when coming to make a payment. This was when trying to register after putting an item in the purchase tray. The screen that came up did not ask me my address and I was unable to proceed. Knowledgeable and helpful guy on chat line who said he had checked with web team and no fault found. He suggested I try with a different browser. I happened to go back a few screens and found I could register at the main screen with Chrome the browser I was using. Caused a lot of time to be wasted. Poor image for a firm devoted to IT. Otherwise service great”

“Purchased Win10 64bit. No problems, downloaded without any issues. Just one small gripe: after downloading Win10 ISO file, I couldn't find a utility that would make a bootable Flash Drive/DVD. It would have been good if Software Geeks provided a steer, but I couldn't find any obvious solution. I ended up downloading Win10 again from a Microsoft site which created a bootable solution. Apart from that, I would have no hesitation in recommending Software Geeks, and I should mention that I have previously purchased Win7 twice from them (and with these there was a utility to make a bootable Win7 drive!). Thanks, Jon”

“Windows 10 key was valid and worked fine, over paid tho. The key was 26 pounds here found it for 20 elsewhere but I was in a rush to get my new machine running. Anyway it works, the key was instantly available. Good stuff”
