The product key was not valid and Microsoft said it may be fraudulent when I tried to activate. I was provided another product key by Software Geeks after complaining, but this one did not work either. Finally the third product key activated but it has been a long and painful process. There is no one to talk to - no phone number to reach anyone, file a complaint to trouble ticket, etc. - and their 'online chat' is unmanned. Responses to emails come sporadically. Not sure what is going on there and I would not recommend - too much hassle and not worth the price savings.
