Ordered a crib at the end of Oct, didn’t receive a confirmation email although the money was taken out of my account right away. It took 4 and a half weeks for my order to arrive, and never received any emails to be able to track my order

The delivery driver delivered the package to an unknown house so I never received the original package. After a lot of emails and process they finally sent some of my items out, which I have now received. But I am still waiting on one more item which I haven't had any updates on and have re-chased. Not a fun process to go through when you are 7/8 months pregnant and ordered this about two months ago now. I wouldn't use their website again.

A few days after ordering this replacement part, I received a refund on my card with no notice or explanation from the company. Didn't bother reordering because with no other information, I assumed it would just happen again.

Paid for next working day delivery for some pets that were missing and this arrived a day late. Doesn’t sound much but my girlfriend had gone into labour by this point. Customer service were very belligerent about saying the delivery aligned to to the terms and conditions but this didn’t meet my expectations in terms of next working day and would not refund the delivery charge

Snuzpod 4 review Stunning looking item, but falsely advertised hence my 1 star review. The Mobile is not fit for purpose and it’s a very expensive add for it not to fit correctly. The reason behind my 1 star review is because of the very little attention to detail. This item is sold so you can take the bassinet with you around the house but what they fail to mention is that the £50 optional extra Mobile can only be used when the bassinet is on the base once you take it off the base the Mobile is then in the way and touches the floor and you are unable to use it to move around the house unless you get out tools to take it apart every time you move it which nobody would do. The response from Snuz was basically well just take it off when you want to move it. That’s not very helpful and when told to go back to where I purchased it from which was Pramworld that they should be able to give a refund. I got in touch with Pramworld who then emailed you guys, and then you guys we’re on the side with Pramworld saying that because you don’t state it can be moved around on the bassinet, then it hasn’t been miss sold. That’s a very easy get out clause just because you don’t state it can be used. Why would you presume that the customer would know this, the whole selling point to your item is that you can move it from room to room without the need to take the base, if that’s the case, don’t sell, optional extras that cannot be used You can’t expect to advertise an item that you can move freely around the house into different rooms and not mention the mobile cannot be attached. If you see by my photos, you will see it’s totally unusable. DO NOT buy the expensive mobile if you want to move it to different rooms.!! I will be leaving a detailed review On YouTube, TikTok, and instagram to make buyer aware.

This review is for Snuz online ordering system. I placed an order on the 30th October, and paid on that day. Today is 15th Nov, so over two weeks since order date. I received this link for survey, they know I bought stuff, they took the money BUT I have heard nothing else from the company- no order confirmation, no shipping details, let alone tracking. I have no idea what has happened to my order. I can't even contact customer service as there is no email address. This was international shipment to US, calling is really not an option. Snuz, really it can't be that difficult to have automatic order confirmation, fulfillment sent to customer- all other companies do it! And you claim to ship internationally and are open to international business, you can't just have a UK customer service number- how hard is it to have email for customer service? I order from Boden, Joules all the time with no problems, this has been a special experience. Extremely disappointed and unless I hear from you guys shortly, I will be reaching out to my credit card company for payment refund. Pratigya P.s- I also contacted your customer service via your online form.

We ordered the SnuzKot Skandi 2 Piece Nursery Furniture Set Slate. Today we made time to assembly it and found that the SnuzKot Skandi Changing Unit draw closures that go underneath each draw we’re stuck together. The reason is that they been packed into the boxes without the paint drying so they were stuck together and when we pulled them apart paint came off. It seems that the product was packed without proper quality check for the product to ensure that the paint is dry. I am very disappointed we spent half a day assembling the cot and changing unit. We would like for you to arrange for replacement bottom draw closures in slate colour to avoid the inconvenience of packing all the equipment and returning it. I am happy to provide pictures see below and video of how he damaged items look like. Please arrange for the replacements to be delivered at the same address as soon as possible

Currently spent the best part of the evening trying to build this and still not manage to complete this. So cunningly enough I will be phoning customer services tomorrow as after several attempts the basket will not sit in and then the sides keeping coming apart

My order is stuck somewhere in Tennessee and has been since the 15th. This happen before when my order came from scandiborn but at least I could email them I have nothing and the order should of been delivered. I hate FedEx not reliable . Please find my order

Ordered some toddler rails as baby was falling out of bed and waking us up. Paid for next day delivery.......nothing showed up. Called customer services said had been despatched but no delivery info. Offered to refund delivery charge and said would call back later to let me know where parcel was......no refund, no contact and 5 days later no product!

The cots look amazing but the manufacturing of the kits is horrific. I’m so disappointed with how badly it’s mad. We recently order the toddler rails and it’s honestly the worst £50 I spent. I think we may need to buy a new bed as it’s not safe to have my child sleep in this.

Assembled the furniture set on the 16 of May. After assembly noticed a very pungent plastic and synthetic smell, which differed from the normal unboxing of new furniture, no one can stay in the room with the furniture for more than 10min without causing a headache. Hence contacted Snuz support about the problem. I was informed that the furniture passes safety standards, and I should air the furniture to let the odour to dissipate. However, now more than a month has passed and I have aired the furniture all this time, the odour is still very pungent. This really makes me question whether this is a safety hazard for both pregnant woman and the newborn. Hope someone can investigate further into this issue, and will recommend families with children/newborn to stay away.

Screw m is too short. Our screw m measures 16 mm, and is listed as 16 mm in the manual. The current version of the online manual lists a 20 mm screw, which would work. We literally bought this from John Lewis four days ago. To make things more fun, both screws have the same part number, PSP4014. Maybe you guys should hire an engineer and a technical writer.

Ordered the cotbed and was very surprised to find that two of the key pieces were broken - clearly unsafe to be used in building an infant bed! It took over a month for the replacement part to be delivered (apparently the first replacement 'got lost'). The replacement part arrived in a filthy, damaged box and surprise surprise, was also damaged. We are, to date, still waiting for the problem to be resolved. Not what you would expect from an expensive piece of furniture and a reputable company like Snuz. Would not use them again.

The delivery was fast which is nice but I'm absolutely appalled by the condition. Both items were extremely DIRTY... the packaging literally covered with dust! It's horrifying to even imagine a warehouse that stores baby items to be in this unhygienic condition. Also the white sheets are not white. I got the 3-piece set for the crib. The sheets are off-white/cream and the blanket has a tinge of purple.
