When you mail the item you have to give the customer a tracking number to track the item, this is not done.

Unfortunately fixing the protector to my P20 proved very difficult. Snakehive were very helpful in sending me a replacement screen free of charge but I was unable to get it aligned correctly round the two cut out and it would not adhere properly to the phone screen. Additionally I am experiencing frequent miss keyed character entries which are at the edge of the screen, this is probably due to the protector being marginally narrower than the phone screen..this phone has a flat screen so there should be no problem with a good fit. My previous film screen protector did not have this problem. I also bought a Snakehive case for my phone at the same time which I am delighted with....excellent quality. Snakehive support staff tried very hard to resolve the problem.

Product delivered quickly in good packaging. But product doesn’t complement all features of iPhone and Snakehive don’t make this clear. Therefore cannot recommend them

The phone case (iPhone 11 pro max) was delivered quickly and in nice packaging. The overall product seems a decent build quality. However, when closing the case, it does not cause the phone screen to turn off-a feature that some other iPhone cases do have, and will therefore cause the battery to drain quicker. I was expecting a case that complements all the features of the iPhone.

Wallet is fine but phone plastic sleeve does not properly cover iPhone 8. Mute button and charging point are inaccessible.

My family have Snakehive cases but I am sorry to say that I was rather disappointed with my case. I expected to be of more durable smooth black leather case but it turned out to be suede .After a few days of normal use it is already becoming scuffed and looking unsightly. It was not clear on your Website describing it as "Vintage" . I would not have purchased this case if I had known it was suede. It would be helpful if this is made clearer

Product quality was poor value for money, and the phone holder does not detach from the wallet making awkward when using the phone.

Good quality but the design isn’t perfect - with three cards in the slots the closing strap is too short for it to close easily. Also the matt leather marks quite easily.

I was very disappointed with the quality of this item. It arrived full of scratches, it look like it was shop soiled from being on display. It was not the quality expected at all. If it could arrive scratched so easily I do not believe it would weather use in a handbag.

A lovely case, I can't fault the quality but unfortunately the design isn't working out for me. I didn't realise how much I used my phone, or its always on display, notifications at a glance or the time. I've purchased another case

Wallet arrived quickly and looks very well made. Website says it holds 10 cards securely, but only holds 7. Not good enough as I need room for all 10. Cannot return as it was personalised.

Very disappointing as they advertised a 'Black Friday' deal which is meant to include a £5 e gift card via e-mail. Having not received this e-mail I contacted customer services who said this would be sorted. However, no e-mail / gift card arrived so again I contacted customer services who said they would forward the issue to their marketing team to resolve. I have still not received this gift card so, In my opinion, this Is false advertising. I was wanting to use the discount to purchase another item but would now not recommend the company.
