“I’m not entirely sure why I have been sent a review request as the product (out of stock and different colour “sent”) hasn’t arrived. Despite being ordered before Christmas.”

I'm very sorry to hear that you received our automated review request email despite the fact that your order has not yet arrived with you. As mentioned in our recent correspondence, I can confirm that your order was dispatched on the 16th December. However, as mentioned at the checkout stage of our website and on our Delivery & Returns page, due to Royal Mail strike action during November and December, some orders will be subject to delays. You should therefore expect delivery of your order very soon, however due to the large backlog of post, further delays are sadly expected for some shipments. “This is one of the finest leather goods I've ever purchased. Highest quality hide, concise stitching and attention to detail are the hallmarks of a Snakehive case. I've purchased 2 at this point, and only because I have changed devices. I don't see where I would be motivated to purchase anywhere else.”

“This is my fourth purchase of a phone case from Snakehive. Both my husband and myself upgraded our phones and because we had been happy with the cases purchased for our 'old' phones we decided to have new cases for our new phones. Customer service excellent, orders despatched within a few days. Would recommend Snakehive phone cases without hesitation.”

“I did not order this item myself it was a gift for Christmas. I am delighted with it. Good quality and does what it says on the tin! I wanted something that would last. I thought the price was value for money (I chose it so I knew the cost)! Delivery I couldn't comment on, but as far as I am aware it arrived in good time. Pleased with the colour choice, also. Would recommend.”
