“Excellent speedy delivery. These are our third and fourth cases for our new phones. The plastic surround for the phone is probably going to be better than the old black one, which eventually cracked after time. I’m not yet sure about the bendy back as we don’t use the phones for watching video and it seems slightly unstable in my hand.”

As explained in our recent correspondence, I can confirm that we designed our Apple iPhone 14 series Vintage Leather Wallets with a little extra material in the spine compared to other phone models. This is to help eliminate the case becoming too bulky once cards & cash are inserted into the wallet, and to ensure that the case closes, due to the upgraded and thicker black inner phone holder. However, the case that you have ordered and received is fully compatible with your Apple iPhone 14. We will certainly pass your comments on to our product development team to consider further, as we truly do value all customer feedback. We do not manufacture an alternative style of wallet for the Apple iPhone 14, nor are we able to offer you an exchange or return as your order has been personalised. “Quite the best quality phone case I've ever owned - very well constructed and finished, and a great colour. Lovely fit for my new Galaxy Highly recommended The free matching keyring is a great idea though I decided not to ask for mine given the number of keyrings that I already have! My first choice colour was out of stock but Emily rapidly let me know and organised the alternative (blue) which I'm very happy with Sadly the ordering experience was let down by a very long delay in delivery courtesy Royal Mail, but outside Snakehive's control”

“Really pleased with this case. Beautiful leather, super quality and great value. Free personalisation too. It took a while to arrive but that was because of the postal strikes. Snakehive offered to send a replacement via another carrier but I opted to wait a while longer and it finally arrived (customer service couldn’t have been better) This is my new favourite company!! Highly recommended.”
