“Screen protector was not good, especially for the price. While I never expected it to cover the whole glass I at least expected it to cover the screen, it was shy of a few millimetres on each side while perfectly covering the top and bottom. Very disappointed because the product did not reflect the price, service was great though.”

I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the finish on your case Our cases are made from Nubuck leather which has a soft finish. To clean the case we recommend that you carefully wipe the cover with a nubuck or similar soft cloth using a circular motion. Brush with a nubuck brush to remove dirt and dust. Spray with a nubuck cleaner, from leather retailers or online, and work well into the leather. Allow to dry thoroughly and then use brush to restore the nap to its original condition. “Rather disappointed with the quality of this project after receiving it, few of odd marks on the case right out of the box... After a weekend of use it's more marked and ugly. The magnetic clip has damaged the case. Should of gone with a cheap, imported knock-off one.”

“Disappointed with this product. My suede yellow cover looked great... for about 24 hours. Edges started to fray, suede finish immediately discoloured by simply having in jeans pocket, now looks old and tatty after ~3days normal use. I'd buy again - but only in black. Colours are just ruined immediately.”

“I bought my Apple iPhone 5/5S wallet Tan in October 2017. Like many customers buying this quality wallet for my iphone was the best thing I have done . I have been very pleased with the product but when I complained that the part that holds the iphone in place had split and the leather tong that tucks into the back of the iphone had failed also. All they said this was wear and tear and could offer only a 10% discount on a new wallet. They only give a guarantee for one year. Considering this product is promoted to be the best. I was very disappointed that a company of this calibre would not replace it.”

“Snakehive were very efficient in sending my screen protector - however it is a really poor fit on my iphone 8 plus and two of the corners do not stick. I appreciate it can only protect the flat part but it doesn't entirely cover the black screen - its too small. The instructions mentioned a cleaning cloth - there was not one included. Really disappointing I am going to have to replace it - as I don't feel it will do the job at all.”

“The wallet was and is supream but I was left unhappy due to a miss under standing, when reading the add for the protective glass I thought it meant G5 ( plus a protector), so just being told that sorry but the order was correct, and left with a protector that is no good to me seemed a bit offhand so that is why the 2 stars, quality Great, after service a bit lacking.”
