“Like the all around plastic protection for phone and the magnetic closure - two points missing on my other well known leather case that resulted in a smashed glass. Also appears a different grade of quality. Had some issues placing the additional glass cover and seems ok now but with a few bubbles...operator error? Def worth a punt...”

“I bought the first case of this company 2 years ago, I was delighted with it. Now I bought another one because I have a new phone, what was my surprise and disappointment that by cutting the case back the magnet will not fasten it anymore, only the flap hangs and interferes with use. I don't know why the company changed it. Now it's just not comfortable and annoying;( and it was my favorite case;(”

Hi Magdalena, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback! Please be assured that we have not altered the design of our Vintage Leather Wallet with regards to the magnetic closure. Your new Vintage Leather Wallet is hand-crafted from genuine nubuck leather, and like all good leather products, it will take a little bit of time and use for the leather to stretch. Please be assured that this is totally to be expected for a new leather product. The leather & magnetic clasp will begin to stretch & soften over a short amount of time & with use, so that you can fold the magnetic clasp back on itself. We would recommend placing a card into each card slot which will allow the leather to stretch & use the case as you normally would. “This company was amazing to me. Somehow I had the wrong case sent to me. They responded to my email the same day and fixed the problem immediately. I had the correct case within 3 days. Amazing experience. I highly recommend this company and this case. Very well made and beautiful craftsmanship. So glad I found this/them!”

“I have really learnt my lesson. On receiving my new phone and in a hurry bought a cheap ,plasticky, phone cover from local shopping centre. The magnet has never met to keep cover closed a places in cover where my action buttons are never lined up. MY NEW SNAKEHIVE PHONE COVER IS EXCELLENT IN EVERYWAY Just goes to shoe you ( mostly ) get what you pay for.”
