“I have used Smartwater Testing Ltd for several years now on a 6 monthly basis. I have found them to be very reliable, professional & helpful. They deliver the sample bottles & collect them promptly for testing when samples have been taken. The paperwork, video & instructions are straight forward & self-explanatory. “This is the second year that I have used Smart water testing and on both occasions the service has been superb! As long as their instructions are fully followed and the samples sent on time, there is no issue with the receipt of your certificate (assuming there is now problem with your water). I consider the fee to be very reasonable and would highly recommend them.”

“The wrong site address always shows up on your website, they all show as the same site even when I put the correct address in when ordering. I have also not received the certificate, overall a poor experience compared to my other orders.”
