“Required the testing to acquire the permission for short term holiday letting of a property. Smart Water service was good and result was shared. Had a small issue in acquiring the certificate but the online help chat was very quick and provided the solution quickly and easily.”

“Kit was delivered to main building reception, had to pay an additional £20 when this was lost which I thought was a very high cost for a new kit”
