“Kit was delivered to main building reception, had to pay an additional £20 when this was lost which I thought was a very high cost for a new kit”

“This service is very easy to use, as is collecting the water samples. The kit comes with clear instructions as well as an easy return system. the results (along with your certificate were received within the time frame specified . This is the scond time i have used this company and would definitely recommend”

“The only improvements I can think of would be to make the certificates valid for 2 years, make the bottles thin enough to post in normal post boxes, and to offer a discount for multiple properties. Otherwise very happy with the service.”
