“Sample bottles arrived quickly; instructions clear; results arrived in accordance with stated timescale. Unlcear why the certificate could not just be sent as a pdf attachment rather than requiring a log in.”

“I think a postal service is a good idea but after nearly 4 weeks I had to contact the company to get our results. When I did they were responsive and I got them the same day. However the service promised results in 2 weeks and I wasn’t expecting to have to chase them.”
