“This was easy to arrange. Sent through an order number. Bottles turned up next day. Booked a collection on the morning of sampling. Bottles collected same day. Downloaded test certificate 10 days later. The whole process was like clockwork.”

“I have recently been asked to have a Legionella test on the water in our offices, as part of a Health & Safety visit. I found Smartwater Testing online and contacted them. They offered everything I needed, promptly, without any fuss, from start to finish and I now have the certificate for the building, to confirm we are clear. “We have used Smart Water testing for the past 2 years for our Legionella testing in our buildings. The service is amazing, bottles are sent to your preferred location and the courier always picks them up on time, no fuss. The results always come back promptly and luckily, we have had no problems with our samples. I would absolutely recommend this service!! Thank you”

“Wanted to get the water supply at our village hall tested for Legionella prior to reopening to the public after a long period closed due to lockdown . Chose Smartwater Testing Ltd after looking at their website & found them to be a very professional company to deal with - very good communication ; easy to understand instructions & a very informative website .
