“I felt the "Table of Contents" was not that helpful and would be improved by an alphabetical index. I bought the manual as I've not had an iPhone before and to give a simple example... looked for flashlight use but couldn't find a reference. Given that there are 500+ pages I feel an expanded contents index in alphabetical order would be beneficial . Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.”

“I received my 2 part iPhone User Guides the next day and am very impressed with the detail. One problem: I'm 90 years old and a wee bit slow to learn new info. So I will use the basics that come easy and hope the brain will wake up in the New Year. The Guides are beautifully produced and easily readable.”

“The manual is easy to understand, except some of the instructions refer to icons I don't see on the screen. Also some of the pictured icons are unreadable because there isn't enough color contrast. But the manual has helped me a lot.”

“Your response to my original complaint has now been received. I understand that the cost of coloured printing would be prohibitive (though I think you could make it clearer that the guide would be in monochrome). I greatly appreciate your taking steps to send me an A4 version as that will make it so much easier to read (given that I'm in my 80th year). Thank you and all the best for your operation in 2019! I'm afraid we can't print in colour. The cost would be prohibitive. We will re-send the manual in A4, at no charge. This make it easier to read.

“Clear and well printed. Have had manuals from this Firm before in normal binding but opted for coil binding on this one, it was an excellent move on my part. The manual can be flicked through without damage and it is a definite improvement. Very pleased.”

“As with any other manual at this size (A5) the print is small. No doubt the Sony original was published at A4. A good product though, much better than having to use the pdf version.”

“The Manual is very extensive because of the diversity of the iPhone. However the table of contents is clear and enables easy navigation through the manual. This has enabled us at 73 years old to start to use most of the features the phone has to offer.”
