“I don't have a "smartphone", but rather a Kyocera flip phone. I am working my way through the book, but there is a lot to go through. So far it has has been very good except for the email. I am at a loss as to what I am doing wrong, but I cannot get email set up. I'll keep trying and let me know if you have any "tips" for email. Thanks, Steve Toomey”

“The manual is good, clear and detailed, but I wasn't able to find how to deal with the phone suddenly telling me it wasn't registered, and could only make emergency calls.It had worked for several days, before. Went back to the xfinity store, who got the phone to work...???”

“What I can say from a single experience is that this supplier was able to locate a camera-ready image of the manual for the particular outdated flip phone of interest, and print it out and bind it in a fully professional manner. It gave me the essential information to discuss it with the prospective carrier, and determine that it could be put back into service. Getting the book sent across the ocean was a bit slow, but in line with what was advertised.”
