“I bought the manual (for a very basic Nokia phone) for an elderly person. The manual contains all you need to know but the layout and print is not ideal for someone who doesn't have perfect vision.”

“I have only just received my SECOND copy of manual. l think that l only ordered one copy and l really do not need two. What am l to do? ~However, l am very pleased with my first copy which l believe will be very helpful as if goes into great detail and clarifies many points of instruction and functions.”

“I felt the sevice was quick and booklet arrived as described. However, I truly think that the booklet is way too small to use/follow appropriately because of its' small size. I would reccomend the choice of also offering a larger printed copy ie: 8 1/2in by 11in which would be ever so much easier to read as one is following the directions to learn. Thank You”

“When my order failed to arrive and I called the company, they assured me they had posted it to me, however they apologised on Royal Mails behalf and immediately sent me another. It arrived the following day along with the original. (Well done Royal Mail) The two manuals are excellent”

“Good manual, little bit pricey I think for black & white photocopy. I am old fashioned & prefer an actual printed manual for products, this was the only place I could see to get one. Would recommend 👌.”

“I was thrilled to receive my manual so quickly and find it was the official Samsung A05s one. Sadly, a lot of the manual is written in language foreign to a beginner! It took me a friends help to understand how to set up and start my phone. But I am getting there. I wouldn't have been able to get as far as I am now( still a beginner, though!) without your help in providing and selling the manual. Thank you!”
