“Went through manual and hilighted items so my wife could start using the phone. It worked well for me (the manual) I am still having trouble with my wife getting to learn simple uses of the phone. We are both in our 70s and she has never used a computer or a smartphone, and it will take time, but I show her the correct pages to read. I do like the manual, but not for dummies, some of the more basic functions should be earlier, before things like using the camera, or making videos”

“The manual needs a LOT more information on texting. Also on text notification. I cannot figure out how to get the phone to chime when a text arrives. I've done everything that is obivous so there must be something I don't know.”

“The manual is well laid out with easy to read text, so for me, being new to mobile phones, it's a useful tool in helping me get to grips with my new Samsung A12 . Grandchildren great at helping me get going but manual helps back things up.”
