“A better understanding of sending and handling text messages would benefit someone (like me) with limited technical knowledge would have been a useful inclusion. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the manual as it stands.”

“Have not fully activated the Galaxy A13 so cannot comment in depth. But initial reading would have helped if Samsung had included some highlighted cautionary warnings about setting up, passwords and google accounts syncing.”

“When learning to use something new I always find a printed manual that you can thumb through easier than a PDF. For this reason, the service provided OTC meets all expectations but the print was a little faint and it could have been a little darker.”

“I was kept upto date with my order,and dispatch date.It arrived by post and was safely packaged. Easy to follow instrutions.on inspection of manual some of the symbols were light and small.overall I am happy”
