“I phone 11 is not covered well. Directions say click the "x" on the upper left. It's not there !!! l I will not purchase another manual that covers several models of the same item.”

“The layout is so different from my old Samsung smart phone. It lacks any helpful information on how to do any number of what should be simple usages; eg: how to use it to scan; I am still unable to find how to load new phone details on to 'Contacts'. It is only of use for users who wish to make sophisticated actions.”
